And for the last time delete all files d3dx9 and ending in. Now go to your SysWOW64 folders located here - C:\Windows\SysWOW64 Again delete all files beginning with d3dx9 and ending in. Go to your System 32 folder located here - C:\Windows\System32 If you find there are no files of this type within this folder, move onto the next folder as stated below Delete all files beginning d3dx9 and ending in. Go to your System folder located here C:\Windows\System32 If you're still having issues do as suggested below: First of all make sure all your Windows Updates are fully installed and completely up to date
